Description: Carillon will serve as hosts for this concert. Ladies, please remain in "host mode" in being helpful in the concert production. Nuns usually man distribution of programs. I will plan to arrive early to set-up our information table. Please GPS ahead of time to plan your drive time.
Sunday's schedule:
NOTE: We have shortened rehearsals to 30 minutes.
12:45 - Arrive, gather scarves and warm-up.
1-1:30 - Carillon rehearses to include bassoon, new percussionist and check organ settings.
1:30-2 - Frostiana run through.
2-2:30 - Chiaroscuro rehearses. (Carillon takes a snack)
2:30 - doors open to guests and group photos are taken
